Overview
SAFE IN BOX is a smart luggage locker solution designed to help travelers securely store their belongings in public spaces such as transit hubs and tourist locations. The project focused on creating a reliable and intuitive digital experience that allows users to locate lockers, book slots, and access them seamlessly through a mobile-first interface.
My Approach
I started by understanding real-world user scenarios such as short-term storage needs, first-time usage, and security concerns. Based on these insights, I mapped clear user flows, reduced unnecessary steps, and designed wireframes that prioritized speed and clarity. The final UI focused on simplicity, accessibility, and trust, ensuring ease of use for both frequent and first-time users.
